Luxx Hero Rewards

Luxx Hero Rewards is a recurring on-chain incentive system within the $LUX ecosystem on . It distributes rewards every 60-day cycle to the top 500 wallet addresses based on a calculated “Hero Score,” which ranks participants according to predefined behavioral and holding metrics. Each cycle allocates 1 billion $LUX to eligible wallets as a proportional reward for maintaining qualifying positions over the period. The scoring model is deterministic and based on four factors: time-weighted holdings, continuous holding duration, entry price efficiency, and adjustments for selling or transferring tokens. Rewards are distributed directly to wallets without manual claims, and rankings are updated through a live leaderboard. Hero Score Calculation

The ranking of participants is determined by a deterministic "Hero Score" calculated entirely on-chain. The score is a composite value derived from four primary metrics that assess a wallet's activity and holding patterns throughout a cycle. [1]

  • Time-Weighted Holdings: This metric evaluates the size of a user's token holdings in relation to the timing and duration they are held within the 60-day cycle. Larger holdings maintained for longer periods contribute more significantly to the score.
  • Continuous Holding Duration: This factor specifically rewards wallets for holding tokens for long, uninterrupted periods. It incentivizes participants to maintain their positions without selling or transferring assets.
  • Price-Efficiency of Entries: The system scores the efficiency of a wallet's acquisition price for its tokens. Wallets that acquire tokens at more favorable prices receive a higher score for this component.
  • Sell/Transfer Adjustment: A penalty is applied to a wallet's score for net outflows. This includes activities such as selling tokens or transferring them to another wallet, which is intended to discourage selling pressure during the competition cycle.
